Some eBay sellers frustrated with rule changes

NEW YORK (AP) - Some people who sell things on eBay are fed up with new rules the company has been imposing in hopes of making the auction site more attractive to online shoppers. Now even more changes are coming in the next few weeks, but this time eBay Inc. hopes it can cool tempers.

Already this year, eBay has tinkered with its fee structure, search results and feedback system. These efforts might be meeting eBay's aims of improving the experience for buyers, but several sellers say their relationship with eBay is worse than ever, and some have left the site entirely.

They are already reversing one feedback rule, where a neutral isn't the same as a negative anymore, meaning it won't count against you. Thats what neutral means, neutral. They are so dumb, like most big companies they loss all sense of reality and have no concern to the people that use them, the people that made them who they are. I lost my powerseller status recently. Bad economy and this nuetral thing affects this. A lot of seller claim its ebay won't have to give the 5% discount to power sellers if they strip it from them because of costly neutrals that lower fb ratings. Supposed to do this in sept I think. Too little too late. Sales are way down i ebay, they may never climb back up.
