http://ask-leo.com/mwsbardll_what_is_it_and_why_is_it_generating_an_er ror.html

First, "mwsbar.dll" is associated with the "My Web Search" toolbar which is downloaded and installed with several different free products. The first step is simple: go to Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs... and look for and uninstall "My Web Search Bar". It can actually be present under several different names, so look for any of the other items listed here:

http://www.free-web-browsers.com/support/remove-mysearch.shtml

Even though My Web Search is not spyware, it's apparently flagged by some anti-spyware utilities. So my next recommendation is, of course, to make sure you're running a good, up-to-date spyware scan.

Katy the problem seems to be with something in your MYWEBS folder.  It's found on the C: drive in the Program Files folder.  Look in there and see what you have, is there a MWSBAR.DLL?  Did you find anything in Control Panel > Add and Remove Programs that applies to a program that uses that .dll like fish said?

I was thinking maybe reinstall the program because if it's damaged it may not even uninstall from Add and Remover Programs.

However, here is web site that offers the .dll for free download, read in there and see if you think this might solve your problem

I have posted this in here before, I didn't write it but its easier to just paste this in here:

Click on my computer
click the Local Drive C
Click Documents and Settings

Inside that folder you should see a folder with your "name" or "default user"

(if you do not see that, click tools, then on folder options click the tab at the top that says view,
now scroll down in the window there and when you see view all files and folders put a check in that box).

Now you should see a folder that you can click on, and inside that folder, you will click on "Local"
inside that folder click on "Temporary Internet Files";

At the top, click on Edit, Select All - then right click on one of the files and select "Delete" -
