I installed MediaFace ll today to see what it would do and now I cannot uninstall it. This is a CD Labeler Kit from Fellowes. I went to the MediaFace entry in the programs list and clicked on the installer part. This took me to the Add/Remove Programs section of Control Panel. I started off by clicking on remove > clicked on English > got the InstallShield Wizard and chose " Remove all installed components" > clicked OK on the "Confirm File Deletion window > Then I got a "Shared File Detected" window. It asked if I was sure that I wanted to delete C\Windows\system 32\LFEPS80N.DLL. From that point it would go no further if I clicked yes or No. The Download file window in the background would go to 1% but wouldn't go any further. Any ideas as to how to remove this program from my PC? I deleted it from the program list by clicking Delete.

OK, did you do that before or after trying to uninstall in Add and Remove Programs? And are you talking about the Folder in Explorer that you deleted?
If so that could be your problem. When you delete the folder you also delete the file that makes it possible to uninstall it. In that case you will need to reinstall it and then try again to uninstall in Add and Remove Programs.

I tried deleting it using the uninstall program listed with MediaFace ll in the PROGRAM List as found by clicking stsrt > Programs > scrolling until the program (MediaFace ll ) is found. Each time that I clicked on the uninstall part it would take me to the Add/Remove program section of Control Panel. After trying waht I detailed several times I went to MediaFace in the Programs and Right-clicked and deleted it from that LIST.
I just tried re-installing MediaFace ll but it wouldn't install it but ............it seems that all traces of MediaFace ll are gone now. Not in the Add/Remove section of the Control Panel ot Program List. So I guesss my problem is solved. Once again you have solved a problem for me. Thanks.

Well I'm a little worried that MediaFace ll wouldn't reinstall. Doesn't sound right. Is the MediaFace ll folder gone from Explorer under Program Files?
