I have used this free program on two computers now two times with no problem. It apprears to get invalid bits and pieces of old files that other cleaners don't. Also REALLY cleans out the IE temp internet files!

Install and look it over, also there is a "quck tour" at the site. You can go over each utility and check or uncheck what you want and don't want scanned/cleaned.
Another cleaner something like this one is CleanUp, also free, that I have used without any problems.
