| I have been waiting for 60 minutes, someone sent me a large image or something in email. This happens once in awhile, but I don't think this one will ever load. If I hang up, I will have to call provider and tell them to reinstall. Thats what they do. Its a big pain. Just thought I would mention this, it is possible to send any size image, please keep them small or its like a virous. Not that its anyone in here, I have no idea who sent it. |

Dave, I found this for you, have you ever done this before? If not and you need help you might want to call your provider for help:
The most common cause of e-mail download problems are attachments that are very large. This requires the person downloading to wait a long time for the download to be completed. If you have a mail message that won't complete the download, go to the Essex E-mail Grabber, log on using your Essex username and password, and delete the message. Then you can log off E-mail Grabber and try downloading the rest of your messages.
