Isn't that the pits! You didn't buy your domian name from powweb did you? I think I remember you saying you purchased it from somewhere else? THAT is where you will need to change the address the domain will point to now.
Call the company you got the domian name from and ask them to change the address for it to your new one. I think there are two sets of numbers.
I purchased my domain name THROUGH IX several years ago (long story) so I handle it through my control panel but I think your case would be different. I think powweb is right in that you can't change it in their control panel.

OK, looks like Tucows should be able to help you, Jaddon? Or tell you how you can change the address. You see the two settings (Name Server)? Those need to be changed.
I bought both of them from powweb.
Tucows wants to charge me $9.00 each domain to move them to the new host!
Well I called powweb two more times and at last got someone who was willing to help me. She said because I bought the private thingy that I need a special password to point them to the new host. She said I should be getting this info on my email within 24 hours.
First time since powwebs take over I got someone helpful and even nice! Only took 3 calls waiting about 15 to 20 mins each time I called.

Jeez, this shouldn't be a major ordeal. All that needs to change are two DNS Settings, nothing more. It's really that simple. If Powweb is causing you this much trouble, it might be in your best interest to find sites where you can rate them, and rate them badly. If your rating prevents even one person from choosing them for a host, then that is poetic justice...

One of the reasons we are with IX now is the way they treated us years ago when we canceled our service with them after only a month. Powweb is making a mistake by not treating you well...

We canceled because the CPanel loaded extremely slow for me. It would take 10-15 minutes to load for me even though it loaded fine for rb. I don't remember that we gave IX a chance to fix it either...
