Yes, I've read it. Yet and still it all boils down to these being pirated copies. I'm not making any moral judgments here, just pointing out the limitations of the product. Notice that nowhere do they say you can get all the updates and patches since SE2 from the Windows update site. Some of those are rather important.
I would LOVE to have a copy of XP Pro SE2 full version for $59. However, I would hate to have my PC loaded with tons of stuff and all of a sudden find it inoperable because MS discovered I had a pirated OS.
If you do get a copy, Dave, please let us know how it works and if you're allowed to get the updates for it from the Window Update service.

| The difference is one is pro version, but they used wrong picture in ad, both were blue and one is supposed be green for home version. |

LOL, to complicate matters more if you have a PC with an older version of Windows running on it you can get an upgrade version of XP for about $40 or $50 dollars.
For instance since I already own W2K I could install it on a new HDD in a newly built PC and then use the upgrade version of XP CD to upgrade to XP. Either Home or Pro.
