I just got off the phone with IX and they are in the process of sending this to adminstrative to refresh the IP address. I could barely hear him, so I didn't catch all the details, but I got the impression that they should be able to get this back online shortly...

I wish I would have thought to ask for an ETA from the guy. They didn't seem to be that busy tonight, so hopefully this won't take long to correct. When I called, there were only 2 callers ahead of me and I only waited on hold for about 5 minutes or less...

The host doesn't have to know anything about the programs that we run on their servers. All they have to support is the services that they provide, not the content that we add...

I just spent over 45 minutes with IX tech support and found a problem in the cache folder. After emptying the cache folder, your talkoz.com site came back online. I can't even begin to guess what might have been wrong in your cache folder and normally that shouldn't have caused this type of problem since phpBB has the ability to update these files on a regular basis and should be able to correct any problem when doing so. But emptying the cache folder did work for whatever reason and your site is back online again...

Yayyyy it's back
So how did you empty the folder?
Still no word from IX though. Both sites went down the other day and when I sent in a support ticket they said they were doing maintenance to the server. The aviator site came back but talkoz didn't.
