This doesn't have to be done through email. Others may benefit from the discussion...
To create a new Toolbar, do this:
- Right-click on the toolbar and select New Toolbar from the Toolbars option. The pop-up menu could look like either of these:

- You will see a New Toolbar window that looks something like the following...
You should create a Toolbars folder in an easy to access location on your HDD. Then create sub-folders to match what you plan to store in your new Toolbar. Notice how I've organized my toolbars by Internet, SysApps, Telephones, and MyApps. Give your toolbars meaningful names...
For demonstration purposes, I am creating a new Local toolbar...
Select the new Toolbar folder, then Press the OK button...
- This will create a new local toolbar on your Toolbar:
You can now drag and drop icons from your desktop into the new Local Toolbar...
- Now, you probably will want to turn the Text and Title off of everything in the Local toolbar. Right-click on the Local Toolbar and uncheck Show Text:
- Next, right-click on the Local Toolbar and uncheck Show Title:
The new Local Toolbar should look something like this:
- Now, you probably will want to arrange the Toolbar for easier access. I prefer increase the height of the Toolbar. Then I can move my new Toolbars to the top row and allow the open window buttons to be displayed on the bottom row...

I'm not sure how to do this. Please explain. Do you mean to go to Explorer and creatate it there under my HDD? |

You can use the New Toolbar window to create the folder or you can go into Explore and do it there...

Nightrider, is there a way to move one post to another forum? I would like to have the one you posted on How to Create a Toolbar placed in the How To forum.

Yes, you can move a post to another forum if you want. First you have to split it from the rest of the topic using the Split icon at the bottom of the topic:
Then on the Split Topic Control Panel page, you click on the post that you want to split from the rest of the topic, then at the top, you enter the New topic title and the Forum for new topic. Then press the Split Selected Posts button:
Of course if you pull the post out of the topic, the topic won't make much sense for anyone who reads it later on. You can always Edit the post and copy and paste the text into a new topic in the How To forum, which would definitely make more sense...
