Haven't installed this one yet. I have Wondershare Photo Story Gold3.0 and it's a very nice program!

I installed this newer version of Wondershare Photo Story Gold, there was no problem and it installed into a new folder so I now have both versions. There isn't too much difference, a few features have been added.
It's a real nice program.
