I have not installed this program so I don't know how well it works. Should anyone install and use it please post some feedback. Tks.

Accurately preserve text, pictures, and layout of the original PDF .. if that is true it's better than any other program like this I've ever tried before. I may try it after all.

Hummm, the Creator seems to be free but you have to pay for the Converter. Yes?

No you don't have to pay for converter, it comes with. It does everything you will need it to do. People charge a lot of money for programs that do the same thing. You can convert from word and other programs. I use it all the time for my ebooks.

OK I think you were looking at those ads on the right, where you can buy a converter to convert from pdf to word, and that may be true but usually the document is created in word and then converted to pdf, and unless you want to rework a pdf and you lost the original, you would never need to convert to word really. You can always copy and paste the data into word if you wanted and the security was set to do so.
