All your sites and pages are working fine right now. And yes when they outsourced their support it went down the drain that's for sure.

As you know a few weeks ago we were having a lot of "down" time, it would come and go almost every day sometimes for hours. Finally Blake wrote a long ticket telling what is happening and that we can no longer put up with it. Fix it or else! At first we got the same old "the problem is not occurring when we check". Every time the site went down Blake or I would add to the ticket, giving details and exact error including screen shots. After a few days the problem ended. Other than encountering a tiny glitch ever now and than I have not seen the board down.

Open a ticket as soon as you have a problem, Dave, and either add to it or reopen it everytime it occurs again.

Blake may have more advice for you. I know, we both do, that live chat will get you nowhere. It may be quicker by phone not sure, however, they will start a ticket for you.

Right now I can honestly say I'm well pleased with them. However it shouldn't be THAT hard to get results from them.

May take a try or two for the link to work, I had to try four times. Geeezzzzzzzzz, even the site to their forum is having problems! I'm sure they host it. LOL

Seems that over time they added forums for other hosting plans also.

They probably have a lot of bugs with the new facility in ohio. I bet there are some servers with less traffic and others they pile on. I thought about adding a ticket but it does seem to come back within an hour. I too am happy with them otherwise. I do wish I had more domain names to use though.
