I have not downloaded it Katy, so I can't speak from experience with this particular program, however, the way it usually works is: After you unzip the download, read the "Read Me" note. Usually you Activate it first. Wait for their site to open on your screen before you close the box that tells you activation is complete. Then close their web site and others you may have open and click the .exe file.
You will have to completely uninstall the program that's not working first Katy and start over. However, I must admit there have been some of these giveaways that for some reason just would not register correctly no matter what I did.

OK, I see that this one works a little different from most. They give you the name and number to use for registration. It worked for me but I have to admit I had to put the number in several times before it told me it was registered, kept saying not valid. I even tried hand typing in the number but it was a copy and paste that did it. Only thing I might suggest is that be sure you are coping only the number and not an extra space before and after.

Looks like an easy straight forward type program! I could learn to like this one! LOL, it definitely does what it says, copy a DVD and that's it. That's OK, I don't mind it doing only one thing if it does it well. And according to what I read it will copy ANY DVD without any loss in quality. I think I'll make a copy of my XP Pro installation disk!!

No I guess I won't. I forgot the OS is not on a DVD, it's on a CD.
