My forum has been down for over a week and I don't know if I will get it back or not. I did copy the forum to a folder to have it, if that does any good. I am waiting for reply on trouble ticket to see if I need to start all over again, or what. I can't access the forum to do anything, all I have is my directory folders. This must have been a big thing for ix have a server burn up, what a mess that must be. At least I still have my websites. knock on wood.

I've been checking and was surprised that it was down that long. Shouldn't take IX that long to get a new server up. I think I would get on the phone to them Dave, they have a toll free number. Who ever answers the phone may not be able to do, or tell you much, but they can check to see if indeed the problem is on their end or yours. The forum may be running just fine on their end.

well I started a trouble ticket and should get an aswere soon. I may have to try chat again but its always talking to someone from india, thats why I hate to call, communication is difficult. Its like ask a question and wait ten minutes for a reply.

You really shouldn't wait a week before asking for help. I have been pretty busy and laid up lately, but I think I could have corrected this problem in a matter of minutes if I had known you needed help. I responded to your PM and will wait for your reply on how to proceed...
