Does anyone use it or has experience with it?

I have created a slideshow of photos that I want to put on a DVD and play it through a DVD player and I can't do it. It keeps telling me it is not able to -

Windows encountered a problem when trying to copy this file

Anyone know how to get it on to a DVD? I have it saved on my computer and can open it there. Also I am uploading it to YouTube.

I have found that messing with CDs and DVDs, burning, copying, making, destroying ....  is not a simple matter.  Should be, they sure make it sound like it is.  I usually end up using a half dozen programs, each of which does one part and then find out I could have done in a much more simple manner.  Which I don't remember the next time I need to do the same thing.

Do you have Nero?  It will make a slide show for you, a pretty good one too, from your pictures and music, then you can save it to a file as as soemthingorother, don't remember what... LOL.  Then you can burn it to a DVD and you're suppose to be able to play it on "most DVD players"

If you do this a lot and don't mind spending a few bucks this might be what you want.

How to put a Photo Slide Show on DVD with DVDSanta

I use this free program to make slide shows: http://www.flash-slideshow-maker.com/

It has an option to make a CD or DVD, which it does flawlessly in seconds.  But the DVD will not play on a DVD player for me.  It will on the PC but not on the TV.

Maybe fishead will come along and have some better advice for you.  I don't think there is anything he hasn't already done with CDs and DVDs.  And Slide Shows!

What format is it in?  There are free hosting sites but you can host it yourself.  Upload it to your server, get the URL and your done.

Depends if your files have a HTML file, that's the one you want a path for.  Don't know what you have though so it's hard to tell you exactly what to do.

That free program I told you about a couple of posts back will make a flash file for you

This is what you get:

Create a folder on your server name it anything, SlideShow for instance, and place both of those files in that folder.  Get the URL for the HTML file and post that.

Does that help?
