Thats the trick to ebay is finding sources. He finds deals, and you can buy from him to sell things on ebay. I thought about buying those, and I still might. I was also looking at some of his vitamins to buy wholesale and resell, but before I invested I would have to test the waters, and also make sure the expiration date wasn't too soon.
I sold my third BF ebook last night, but this is two in a row that had problems downloading. I tested the link and it is fine. I asked ebay help to check it out. People do make money selling ebooks and you can buy them dirt cheap and resell. I want to open a store but I need more to sell first.
Funny, yesterday I had 4 dvds up, one sold and they competed and the bidding went up some, but no one bid on the other three. I need to try some different things, like maybe only putting one up at a time and starting the bidding at 99 cents maybe, and also maybe offer a free surprize gift, because once one person bids others follow. It would be nice to have a friend to help by bidding once, but thats against the rules - but, I know for fact that people do that, they use two names, one of a sister or something and bid to get things rolling. |

You mean the seller does that? If eBay is checking things out close they can catch that because they have your IP and regardless what name or email address you use the same IP address shows for the seller AND the "sister" bidder. eBay will know both transactions are coming from the same PC.
Only thing I can figure out about that cargolargo guy is that he buys by bulk from the program developer to get a good deal like that. Probably buys one or two hundred and maybe get them for a dollar apiece or something like that. Or else they are all pirated copies.
If they are legit then buying them for resale sounds like a good idea. That program seems to be popular.
Speaking from personal experience the one thing that will make a person bit on something they want is free or very low shipping. When an item is up for 99 cents and the shipping is $12 I tend to keep moving on.

No not that guy, some girl said in a forum the otherday that she listed some things in her sisters name, then listed things in her own name and I figured it was to bid on her own stuff. Could be she goes over there, like I could go to my sons house. Also I imagine people help each oter so the ip can be gotten around.
I don't know how that seller above gets his stuff, I do know he sold a lcd flatscreen moniter that I almost bid on but it went too high and the un-opened box was damaged.
One must be real carefull buying wholesale, I checked it out and people sell simular software pretty cheap in ebay, (it looked like anyway, I didn't follow through to the end when most people bid), so what its worth and what people pay are different. People are smart, if its good software it will go high, if its medioker they won't bid. One needs to research a lot before spending a lot. I didn't see any of that software in ebay so theres no way to research in there. |
