This deserves a lawsuit:

Vista upgrade invalidates your XP key
January 29th, 2007 by Blair
If you choose to purchase an upgrade version of Windows Vista to upgrade XP, you will no longer be able to use that version of XP. Either on another system, or as a dual-boot option. The key will be invalidated, preventing activation. |

That really sounds scary but if you read the replies, it may not actually be true. People over do it and start a panic.
I am trying to see how to go about going back to xp. I prefer to do it legally but if I have to cheat I will, I cannot stand vista. It crashes more than any computer I have ever seen. My sons first pc was 3.5 MB or something tiny and it didn't crash as much as vista. |

Seems MS has made a lot of people angry. For myself I think I'll wait for the next version of Windows.

Thats true rb, people are angry. Its hard to have logical discussions when people are angry.
That geek in the video was not wanting to run vista down, but he had to be a little honest about it not working for business reasons. I try to keep an open mind and try to see the possitives with vista, then it goes and crashes on me doing small tasks. Perhaps the next generation os will be better. I do like some of the things vista offers, if only it would work, I have bent over backwards to try to make it work and it still refuses to get along with me. |
