It's taking a full 30 min to receive an e-mail notification when people post to this topic. Is this normal for XIWebhosting?
At most other forums I get notifications within seconds. You might want to look into that.

No it's not normal. Nothing about the board is normal today. I have contacted them, via a trouble ticket, for the second time. I'm assuming they are looking into it, no written response from them yet.
