I didn't have a problem with either browser but maybe it would take more than a couple of posts. Does that member you're talking about get the error (or problem) with every post in a long thread or just sometimes?

Re the smilies, prob need adjusting as I have a widescreen monitor so it looks ok to me  We have some big ones now I can rearrange though 
The member hasn't been back yet but she did say its the last post in a long thread but not every time - doesn't make it easy to pinpoint the problem! Here's what I got the other day, but it may be that I clicked a link and then went to one of my other tabs - I find that if I do that with any forum the page doesn't often even begin loading.
