Ix went down last night my time which caused my 2 forums to go offline. They were doing maintenance on the server. Well now my aviator site is back but talkoz.com is dead. There's only a white page. I sent a support ticket to ix a couple hours ago but have had no reply.
Strange thing is all the files seem to be there but nothing is loading. Do you know why the site isn't coming up? |

I get that with my djpassion.co.uk site a lot, I get the exact same thing blank page and at the bottom left of the page you see done (as in page loaded) which is a problem with my host bluehost. Every time I send a support ticket it seems the site seems to be working again though and all I ever get is "we can't see a problem with your site, its loading fine” I get that all the time.
Don't bother changing anything though Glen, like change files, mysql stuff because it's more than likely a problem with the IX server that runs your site. I recommend you wait for a reply before you do anything that may not be needed  |

This is a problem that IX will probably have to fix. It looks like the domain isn't currently being broadcast. There are no error messages, so it knows that the domain exist, it just isn't alive. IX needs to turn it back on...

Just sent them another support ticket and this morning I was on live chat with them.
I can't ring them as it's too expensive

That really doesn't sound right. Have you check the ticket to see if there has been a response, you may not be getting the email telling you about the response.
Call them on the phone!
