That's strange. If all the included files are uploaded to the appropriate destination folders, you shouldn't be seeing this error. Does your host provide a page that looks like that at the top whenever there is a page not found error???

Strange, so I wonder where the page that is displaying in place of the image_shack_body.tpl is coming from? That hardly makes any sense...
I have an older version of this MOD that you can install that would make it look more like what you see here. It uses a different approach to solve the same problem, so it might work better for you on your site...
