Its works!!

I put a little pic of Evie there to test it out : Dancing

It shows in 'Favourites' too but not on the desktop - its the old red 'sun' still.
Is that something that will change overtime or is there something I need to do? I did tick the box to create an icon for there. dontknow

If you created a shortcut to the forum on your Desktop, you could probably delete it then recreate it and the new favicon.ico file would be displayed...

I found that folder and loaded it ok.

Then I went in my forum and opened the mod section. I have a problem here, it says my file path through ftp isn't right. Here is what I see for error:

<< Critical Error:

FTP ERROR: login failed >>

I added a password, but then I get error about ftp file path & no matter what file path I give it it rejects it. Here is what I get in there:

FTP ERROR: login failed
The FTP Server was connected to, but the username and password were rejected. The following is recommended:

Did you correctly type the username and password? Make sure your CAPS LOCK key is off and try again.
If you are 100% certain your user/pass is correct, then perhaps you are not connecting to the correct host or on the correct port. Try changing your FTP Server entry from localhost to the actual ftp host name and your FTP Port entry from 21 to the actual ftp port. >>

Nr, This was already in place, I didn't change it without changing back to it.

Fishead, this is complaining about the FTP Login information, not your path to the MOD. So go into EM Settings in your ACP MOD Center and enter your correct FTP Server username and password. Then press the Update Settings button at the bottom of the page...

My favicon doesn't always appear and I read somewhere it can be a bug in IE, but I'm wondering why it happens to mine and not any of the other sites I visit?
When it is there its there for any of the pages of the site, but its just not there very often dontknow

Same for our's, Karen. Right now the only browser that is showing our fav icon is Firefox. Maybe Opera, not sure what it's showing.
