I have http://www.postimage.org/ as a photo uploading service on Bdz but one of my admin can only see red x's, so she emailed them to see if they could help.
This was their reply - we have no idea what they mean

That is pretty vague. It really is irritating to see tech support that goes out of its way not to be helpful. I'm not sure they understood what they were saying either...
