You mean the font size in all the posts you open? No there isn't any setting for members to change that.
However, you may be able to do that in your browser settings. I don't know about IE but in Netscape you can increase the size of all the text on the site:

OK thanks. I found it in OutlookmExpress 6 under tools > options > read tab.

The way that I do it now that my eyes don't always seem to be working well, is to use my mouse wheel plus the Ctrl key. I can hold down the Ctrl key while spinning the mouse wheel to adjust the size of the font on the page that I am reading. I've had to do that quite a bit lately...
