I don't know about this. Sound like a good idea in a way and I will say they are cute looking. LOL But as for being cheap enough to almost be throw aways, I don't think so. I agree with this guy:
"But $19.99 for a 3-pack (48MB total) is just not a good deal. $20 these days can get you a decent 512MB jump disk, or two 265MB ones. At the very least, it should get you a smaller form factor than these beasts, which at 2.3" diameter by just over 1/4" thick are larger than many multi-gigabyte jump drives on the market these days."
One thing they may be good for is if you want to store some little something for an extended time and not tie up a regular flash drive. I don't know if I would go out an buy this package but if someone gave me one I would be happy with it. LOL

| I don't think they're a good buy, too expensive for too little. You can get a jump disk and transfer files that way, just save 'em to the other computer and take the jump drive back. If you want more permanent storage, you can burn the files to a CD. Those are as cheap as floppies now. |
