Yes, it is a MOD that you need to install. I thought it came from the phpBB MOD Database, but I sure can't find it there now. I am uploading it to the downloads/phpBB/MODs/BBCode category in our downloads section:
you_bbcode.zip
You have to have the Multi-BBcodes MOD installed before you can install this one...

No, that's the [2.0.12] Hide BBcode MOD. It looks like it's been updated since I installed it here. I need to update what we have...
