Hello brother,
I just manually installed a small MOD by adding 1 code in overall_header.tpl and copied some images files and 1 file named forumnav.js to forum root of FunWadi forum.
Actually the MOD author's site is http://www.cyber-mag.com/phpBB2/ where the same MOD is installed and the navigation panel is coming up and down with the way we move the page up and down and the other thing is the navigation panel is closed until we don't roll the mouse over the navigation panel.
Whereas, my navigation panel is opened and doesn't move up and down the the way I move the page down. I checked both my site and his site in FireFox browser and there is difference of these two things.
The MOD can be downloaded at http://www.phpbbhacks.com/download/8166 and the install.txt file says that we have to edit the codes after

I tried to change just numbers and there was one option of yes which I did I think no and didn't change anything else. Before and after it's the same only  
I want same like MOD Author's site one  |

It looks like the MOD is installed correctly. It may be classing with something else installed on your forum. The navigation bar is actually working almost normally in Opera even though it doesn't in IE6 and Firefox 2...
I really have no idea what might be wrong with it. Since this is probably a Javascript problem, the MOD author would probably be the best person to know how to fix this problem...

We used to have a similar navigation menu installed here, but no one really liked or used it. So like you just did, we removed it too...
