Just went to get on my site and when page loaded this is error i got

it was fine an hour ago and no changes have been made to site ......any ideas ? |

Everything seems to be working fine now. I hope it was only a short temporary database outage...

| Yea I think thats all it was , I went to get on site tried a few times then got worried so came and posted here and time i posted i tried once more and it loaded so had to be something on server side,............seems to be fine now i left for the day just got bk and everythings still up n running and no members fussing at me so guess it was temp w/e it was , thanks for the link ill check it out now |

It's not unusual to have database outages. Some hosts are quick to fix them while others aren't. Our last host wouldn't fix it until we reported it to them but our current host usually fixes before we even get a chance to fill out a support ticket. It sounds like your host does the same for you...

That's nice to have a host that is on top of things like that. With our previous host, if the server went down while both rb and I was asleep, the forum remained dead until one of us woke up and found it. Then we would have to contact the host and hope that they could fix it quickly. There were times when the forum was down for hours because there was no one around that knew there was a problem and had the ability to report it to our host...

| Well knock on wood mines never been down more than 15mins so far i been with this host rt at a year so hes right reliable |
