Yes, I'm running TB3 also but apparently there are many still using 2 and they won't give it up. You know how that is. LOL For one thing TB3 won't work on Win98.
Why does M$ continue to update an older version of Windows (XP)?

I wasn't aware that TB3 would not work in W98. That's unfortunate that it would lock many people out. Perhaps they have determined that there aren't that many people using W98 anymore, so it wasn't practical to continue making sure TB was backwards compatible anymore. That might have saved them a few lines of extra code...
