Opera 10 RC Arrives, Final on Sept 1
Opera 10 received what could be its final release candidate on Tuesday, putting the browser on track for a final release on September 1st. The latest iteration offers a number of feature improvements, including the introduction of Opera Turbo, a bandwidth boosting feature aimed at users with slow connections.

I've been running Opera 10 for quite a while. I went ahead and upgraded to the current RC version. So far, I haven't noticed much difference between what I had and the new RC candidate. I think the RC candidate does a little better job storing multiple passwords for a given site, but other than that, everything looks and acts pretty much the same...
