I think they mean embed.
You can try save target as, but you need to enable javascript, may require restart; find in internet options, .
I got this:
We're sorry but the action you just did requires a browser that can handle javascript and has javacript enabled.
You may use your browser's "back" button now, enable javascript, and try again. |

For some reason I don't get Save Target As ... turns out I choose Save Link As ... that worked.
