Thanks fishead. I don't have PowerPoint on my PC. I think that I may have had irt at one time but never used it. Would I use it if I got it? I'm really unfamiliar with what it's for or how it's used. That will be a project that I will read about. Please give me your opinion about PowerPoint.

I just went to the MS PowerPoint page and it told everything but THE PRICE. I have 2007 Microsoft Office on the new PC with Vista. That is my backup PC.

Thanks RB but I already D/L PowerPoint Viewer 2007. I installed it and when I click on the file shown in the SS I get the message shown below it in the same SS. PowerPoint Viewer 2007 is in my Programs List so I know it's installed> Why will it not open Ed's .pps file?

So did you go to the Folder Options in the Control Panels and see what you have associated with the PPS extension? Take a SS and show us what you have.
