| I installed Gadwin PrintScreen on my Vista OS PC but it will not work correctly. When I try to save a SS to my ScreenShot folder I get a message saying "JPEG can save only RGB or Greyscale images". What does that mean? I would look it up on Google but can't get the Google page to come up. Vista arrrrrrrgghhhhh! |

I've gotten that message also at times, usually when I've really messed up with the selection tool. Do you get that message every time you attempt a screen shot?
First of all check the progerties and make sure under the Imag tab you have selected JPEG Bitmap (*jpg) |

| I want to send my captured images to my ScreenShots folder on my desktop. What path should I use for this? Also what do you call your File Name? I am getting that message about RGB -Greyscale every time. I thought on my other PC wit Gadwin on it I had a choice of several types of files in the menu below the capture window. I don't have that on this Gadwin. |

Maybe you need to get another copy and reinstall. There might be something wrong with the download you used.

| My image setting is the same as you show. NR. What shold the File name be? I looked in Win Explorer and my path is C:\bcrook\Desktop\Screenshots. Should the C: have a backward slash after it? And does this path look right? |

| I uninstalled the Gadwin ver 3.5 that I jad on my PC. I D/L the same version from Cnet Downloads.com to my Downloads folder and installed it. But now I can't get it to open from the programs menu. I don't know what's going on. |

Bobby, unless you have some of the squares checked on the Imges Tab window I have no idea what's causing your problem. I've looked around trying to find a Gadwin Forum but can't locate one.
However, I did find several pages of other free screen capture tools you might want to try out. I love Gadwin same as the next guy but if it won't work it's not much good.
