I have found their support to be very good what little I've dealt with them, however, Nightrider should really answer that as he has had the most dealings with them.

Not positive but I'm assuming everything you upload to the server. All files, folders, database, everything. Your host's server is just like the HDD in your PC.

Although I'm disappointed with the telephone support, IX has always been quick to fix every problem we've had most times without submitting a Support Ticket. I've never seen any host do that before. As for phone service, even though it is 24/7 support, it is clear that they don't have enough tech support technicians, so you could end up on hold for up to an hour as it tells you how many callers are ahead of you. With IX, it is much better just to fill out a Support Ticket than to wait on hold on the phone...

Mine doesnt have a phone service, I only spoke to them because of the hack and they weren't sure what was going on, so I'm hapy with doing it online. I can't see me waiting for an hour on an International call
I really like the package and will probably move to them in Dec. NR do you get anything for referring? |

Yes, IX has a very generous referral package. So after 3 or more people sign up for their services using us for the referral, then they pay us. They won't cut the check until after 3 months though since they offer an anytime guarantee, meaning that if you are unhappy at any time, you can cancel the contract. So far, for the most part, I've been very happy with IX. They even treated us very well when we canceled within 30 days the first time we tried them years ago...
