Now that I've gotten rid of Nero how in the world do I make a copy of a DVD I just created??? I can't find the ability in any of my other programs.

It was soooooo easy with Nero! crybaby

Why did you get rid of your Nero? Take a look at DVDFab Decrypter that I sent you a while back.

Hummm, strange stuff. The copy quality is perfect, Jet Audio launches to play it but there is no sound! Crying or Very sad

I launch Nero Show Time and it shows the cover and title of the movie but it won't play the movie!!!! violent1

Why does everything have to be soooooo hard?!

I think I know why there is no sound, DVDFab didn't copy the sound. The Audio folder is empty. Just have files in the Video folder.

Sorry for the bad advice RB. It wasn't meant as bad advice. I just achieved it through ignorance of what I was doing or knew about. No malice intended. With help from me why would anybody want help from anyone else? If anybody needs any bad advice based on good intentions just ask me. The problem is that my advice is often based on a week knowledge base.

Don't worry about it, Bobby, no harm done. I have Nero which does a perfect job of copying and burning the DVD. Also playing it.

Just that after you mentioned DVDFab I thought I would give it a try and maybe have a good alternative. So it didn't work out, no big deal. Experimenting is good. Only way to know what works and what doesn't.

Course next week I may no longer remember what I leaned today and actually make the same mistake again! LOL

rb, I copied a 60 minute movie with music in 15 minutes yesterday. I am using "record now" to copy DVDs.

I use Roxio 6 to burn the finished movie, I could probably use roxio 8 but I trouble with it when I had nero on here.

I use adobe Premeire to make the short clips that make up the movie. When I finish I complile in roxio to burn,. then record now to copy.

I could use other programs but no need.

I use roxio 8 to burn my backups, which aren't really backups litterally, I hate those programs, rather I make my own, I choose the files and burn to CD or DVD.

I could use record now, roxio, adobe premiere, intervideo, sonic whicjh is a div of roxio, and probably more iin here, but record now is super fast and not one single error to date.
