Nothing special just an update. I think people forget a lot of times and need to be jarred awake. LOL I check for updates every few days. Also Spybot and Spyware Blaster, especially Spyware Blaster, that one KEEPS the nasties off you PC. Pretty well anyway. AVG updates auto.

I've tended to be a bit too lax about updating and running Ad-Aware and Sypbot S&D lately. It's like forgetting to take a medicine that doesn't appear to help until your health goes to hell...
