Have you ever heard yourself talking to your computer or the programs you work on it? I want to make a birthday card. Get it all ready to print and nothing. I look over at the printer and I notice the little screen is on but the on light is not. I go to it and push the button several times and nothing happens I go to the program and see it shows not installed so I proceed to reinstall. I get as far as plug in the Port .. Nothing!! I look over at the screen which is now scrolling up and down fererishly telling me your memory is trashed. and thats exactly what it said. I responded I know. I'm 79 yrs old you'd expect that. But it persists. I immediately go to my virus protector and it says no virus detected but to be sure I run another test on line. It too says I'm clean.I start checking my plugs. I check the back of the computer and just for good luck push all the plugs in and nothing. Well i said to the darn thing you could have at least warned me, now i have to throw you out and get a new one . It started blinking so I wait for the blinking to stop and finish downloading. Its working perfectly. Who knew you had to threaten it. Next time I'll do that first |
