Recently I checked the box by "Hold mail on server" but can't remember where it was. I would like to uncheck it because I keep downloading the same emails repeatedly. |

Are you receiving the same emails in the same email application repeatedly? That really doesn't make a lot of sense to me. The email application maintains a list of what it has received so it won't ask for the same email more than once even if you leave the email on the server for a while. That allows you to receive the same email in several different email applications before it is removed from the server...
Can you give some more detail in what you are seeing? Mailwasher isn't an email program so it will see all the email you have on the server each time you ask, whether you have or haven't seen it in an email application. Is that what you are talking about???

When I click on MW it downloads all of the emails on the server. Then when I make my choices (Delete, bounce, etc.) and click "Process Mail" it sends the emails to OE or Thunderbird. The next time that I go to MW again it shows all of the existing (Already D/L ed emails) plus the new emills. When I click on "Process Mail" it will show that it is D/L only the new emails. That would be OK if there were a way to delete the emails that had already been D/L to OE or Thunderbird so that they wouldn't show up again in the MW window. |

You can delete it in MW. Just check the delete box by the email you wanted deleted and after you press Process Mail it should be removed. Forever.
If you want to uncheck the option that tells your server to keep the mail there you can do that in preferences in your email client.

BTW, Bobby, there is a new upgrade for Mail Washer Pro, the new one is 5.0. If you have the paid Pro version the upgrade is free.

Rosalie, If you click "Delete" anf then "Process Mail" in MW it will delete the emails from your MW window. But the next time that you activate MW it will again retrieve the emails that are still on the server. Deleting them on MW does not remove then from the server. |

Oops! Skip my last post. I found your answer after I asked. I upgraded to Mailwasher Pro Tuesday. |
