I thought I wasn't getting enough emails from the new register mod so I went to the prune users mod and clicked on prune users that have not been activated (board is admin activated) OMG almost 60 names that have never activated and all look botish so I click on prune these users and got this error.

Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 553 From: address not verified; see http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/original/manage/sendfrom-07.html

I went to general configuration and found that my smtp was old so I changed it to the smtp.att.yahoo.com so know that is right but am still getting the same error.

Make sure that the login details are correct too. If that doesn't work, try using the domain email server instead...

Well made sure was using servage smtp copy pasted into field. Used login and password for servage as well.

Now it says....
Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 Error: authentication failed

so I really don't get what to do now.

It still says that you are attempting to use SMTP. Just turn that option off in General Admin configuration and see if the domain email server will take care of things. If not, your domain email server may be down and needs to be reset...

oh I thought it was still smtp since servage says to use smtp1.servage.net

It may be different on Servage sites. If they tell you that you have to use smtp1.servage.net, then you probably do. But try it without using that setting and see if the default email server picks it up...
