I did my upgrade, with a goof no doubt. I uploaded all my newly HAND CODED files - grrrrrr........ and could not access the ACP. So of course I went looking for info and was given a suggestion. Whallah the close quote symbol seemed ot be missing and I added. Uploaded new file and then CRAASH on the server. Critical error could not connect to DB. So off to server tech support and all is well. I could not stand seeing that red glaring warning in the ACP so I did it QUICK.
So now, I will go see what ya'll are talking about for phpBB3.
PS - if someone says I could have done this update using EM I will scream - REALLY LOUD. |
