Yes i had to delete the old img from the other folder.... (nulavatar)
But on the shopmod i don't now how to update it??

Unless you can find a copy of the Shop MOD version 3.1.x, there is no way to do so. You currently have 3.0.2 installed and I have copies of 3.0.6 that you can upgrade to, but you still wouldn't be able to install your version of the Effects Store since it was designed for Shop MOD 3.1.x. The MOD author's web site makes no mention of any versions after 3.0.6, so I can't even begin to guess where you might be able to find it if it actually exists...

Note that the current version he offers on his site is 3.0.6, not 3.1.x. You can download 3.0.6 and use the Update file included in the MOD to upgrade to 3.0.6, but you still won't be able to install the Effects Store version you have since it was designed for Shop MOD 3.1.x...
The Shop MOD update MOD script would be located in the MODs udpate folder. You could use the file named update_mod_3.0.x-3.0.6.txt to update your 3.0.2 version up to 3.0.6. Before EM could see this update script, you would have to move it up to the root of the MOD folder and move the mod_install.txt file over to the update folder so that EM would not be able to see and display it...

It looks like you are trying to install Shop MOD 3.0.6 rather than the Update for the Shop MOD 3.0.6. You don't want to do that. Move the mod_install.txt file to the update folder and then move the update_mod_3.0.x-3.0.6.txt file from the update folder back to where the mod_install.txt file was located before you moved it...
Then since the update includes a database update, you might want to run it first by copying the sql_update.php and update_items.php files to your Forum folder and running both from your browser...
Then install the update_mod_3.0.x-3.0.6.txt using EM...

Copy the sql_install.php file from the ShopMod to your Forum folder and run it from your browser. It will recreate any missing tables...
