Before phpBB.com went down, almost every MOD in the phpBB MOD Database could be installed using EM. It appears that they still haven't gotten the phpBB MOD Database back online, so that resource doesn't appear to be available right now...
Just about any MOD can be made to be EM Friendly though. A lot of MODs from phpBBHacks.com need some adjustments to get them to work in EM. It usually doesn't take me long to make a MOD EM Friendly though, so if you find any that aren't, I will be happy to help you with it if I can...
I've installed over 800 MODs into 12 templates using EM here in RCF. Most came from the phpBB MOD Database, but not all...

That's a PITA to have to do it that way, but if it works, it's better than nothing I suppose. I hope they get the phpBB MOD Database back online soon...
