I created a new Group for each Newsfeed forum so that members can pick and choose which Newsfeed forums, if any, they prefer to have displayed in the Main Index page. This provides an opportunity for our members to customize the look and feel of the community on the Index page and remove forums that they have no desire to ever visit...

Since most of our members were originally added to the main Newsfeed Group, which gives them full read/write/view access to all Newsfeed forums, I will have to remove your name from the group before this new feature will work correctly for you. Once you are removed from the main Newsfeed Group, you can then join each individual group which interests you and the corresponding forum will display on the Main Index page of our Community...

To join any of the new Groups, go into

Usergroups found in the header of each page and select the desired Group from the Non-member groups combo box. Then press the View Information and join the group. Once your name is removed from the Main Newsfeed Group, you will only be able to see and access the Newsfeed forums that you have subscribed to...
