Had a look and I can't figure it out. Will be interested to hear from you if you get new members from this. |

Only just joined it today, so at this stage can't tell you from my own experience, but was passed it from another forum owner who swears she got new users really quickly.
Basically you post on peoples websites from the list that you are interested in, and earn credits. Those credits mean you are placed higher on the list of the websites listed. So people post as yours, and then your credits go down again and so on... |

I wonder if you can lose active members as quickly as you get them? It could get very burdensome if you have to post regularly in dozens of forums just to keep your members posting in your own. It will be interesting to see how this experiment goes and whether you attract some new members who plan to stick around no matter what. I hope it works out...
Maybe if each of us become members in this little ring, we can earn credits for posting in each other's forums. But then again, that isn't exactly attracting new members either...
I really hope this proves to work well. It is an interesting concept...

The Install option will allow you to download the PostFusion script and install it so that PostFusion can access your sites statistics. It will also give you instructions on where to continue from there.
This makes me wonder about them - giving them access to my site statistics what else are they getting access to?
Be careful this maybe some kind of scam |

That was my first thought, Rizzo. We have been getting some real weirdos registering lately, they list a URL as their web site but it turns out to be an ad for viagra or loads of music or something like that, the goal being to get a click anyway they can. I've been deleting them almost as fast as they can register. There seems to be a lot of people getting rich off "being advertisers" and they seem to have some very creative ways of doing it..
Here is something a member posted in the forum a few days ago. Rather involved but it would pay you to read it and get some idea of what's going on.

Hey all...I'm the owner of AdminFusion (home of PostFusion that you're talking about here)...I try to keep a close eye on our referring statistics and found your discussion here.
I just wanted to assure you that your information is safe with us. We have absolutely no reason to take advantage of your forums or your data. We also have a Privacy Policy that you read and agree to upon installing PostFusion which we proudly stand by. In that policy we list exactly what information is collected and how it is used. We're very serious about privacy and security and have taken many precautions to protect these things. All you have is my word, nothing more, nothing less, but I wanted to be sure that you at least had my word
If anybody is still unsure about this or has any questions, please feel free to ask me. You may reply or PM me here - I'll try to keep an eye on it, but I don't want to make any commitments as my purpose here is simply to give you this initial message ...If you try me here and have no success, drop by the forums and catch one of us there.
If you'd rather not take any risks, I understand completely as I know how important your forums can be to you, so more power to you - Regardless, best of luck to all of you with your forums, if you have any! |

LOL, just got a new member... guess who? Someone from that PostFusion
Check out Goodle, he's been a busy little beaver!

hehe, you got me good
You had me spotted and researched before I even had a chance to submit my post
Yeah, I'm a busy beaver...I've been posting in forums for a LONG time and I don't even want to think about the number of forums I have actually posted in.
Also, I wanted to add one last thing...My first post here might have come across as a little bit of a "pitch" to get you to "try my product", but that's not what I'm here for. If you don't like the post, feel free to remove it, and I'll get back to my own business |
