A hint for 3:
At the source code says <!-- Who in the world do these guys think they are?? Maybe the king will know.-->

LOL, I have been focusing on the king but so far he hasn't helped me out. But now that I know I'm on the right track that should help.

OK! I'm about all kinged out. I have tried every king name I could think of Arthur on up and down, others as knight, sword, lance, every term from Lord of the Rings and Return of the King. I'm pooped out. Can't think anymore. I'm ready for the plain and simple answer!
