Most times I don't reccommend that you skip any Updates. I'm warning you now, the 2.0.18 Update was a real bear and it caused a lot of problems for a lot of people. You can try to update to 2.0.18, then Update to 2.0.19. You probably could get away with skipping the 2.0.18 Update, but I have no idea what you would be skipping and it may cause problems with future Updates...
You should download the Updates from here:I highly recommend that you install this on a Test board first just to make sure it doesn't hose up your site. If it does, then your live board will not be affected. If all goes well, then you can quickly Update your Live board since it is a mirror image of your Test board and you have made all the adjustments to the Update to get a smooth install using EM...
If you need any help setting up a Test board and/or installing these Updates, I would be happy to help if I can...
