Adds a new bbcode. Allows you to create strings in your post to be searched for in Google. ([google]string to search for[/google]). When the reader clicks on the Google string, Google presents the desired search results...
Example:
Check out this Search: define: community
Code in Compose Window:
Check out this Search: [google]define: community[/google]

That's neat being able to lead the viewer to a Google Search that way. I have a question though, Nightrider.
How are you able to put that code in your post without it turning into a hyperlink? I just tried it here and when I previewed it I saw the hyperlink. If that's what it's called?
LOL, you must have added a code to the code! LOL |

That's exactly right. Since the BBCode would be converted to it's designated display by the phpBB code, you have to turn it into something the system doesn't understand. Then it is displayed just as if it is plain text. To get the BBCode [google] to display as text, I can add additional codes without text just inside the brackets that won't display. I choose to use <i></i> just inside the left square bracket to accomplish this feat. The HTML code for italics won't affect anything since there is no text between the begin and end italics tags...
So when you enter this in the Compose window,
[<i></i>google]define: community[<i></i>/google]
it displays just like the following in your post and the BBCode is not recognized by the phpBB software:
[google]define: community[/google]
