That new printer is a beast. Kind of a pain to use, lots of room for improvement. Like it has an auto detect try that doesn't work. The fast print is crappy, it is a pain to set up each job, never works when I click print, have to force feed almost always. But it does print good quality.

Only thing I can think of maybe the paper is too thick or there may be a bit of paper or something jammed in the rollers?
I've had pretty good luck with tech support through email on a couple of products in the past.. Have you tried that? They may be able to help you with that. Go the manufacturers web site and look for Contact, along with phone numbers and live chat there should be a link for email. Be sure you have the model number and serial number.
The serial number is usually under the printer (as if they didn't want you to find it). Have a flash light handy and maybe a magnifying glass. LOL
