Ok. I've had my dummy spit for the day. Here are the errors below.
It looks like it is looking for the phpbb logo that comes with the download but that is replaced with my own and renamed to something different.
Will this matter if I just continue or should I go into the mod file and change it?

EM will allow you to continue since these are both Warning errors. You can either stop and modify the MOD file to FIND the code that matches your overall_header.tpl or you can manually add it later. I usually try to modify the MOD file so that it will work in all of my templates at once. EM doen't need a lot of information to find what it the MOD needs to locate but many MOD authors provide far too much information, making it so that their MODs will only install on a small number of forums...
What does the next statement supposed to do after this FIND???

I moved over the TAAlogo.jpg into the images folder of the subsilver template but still get this. What am I doing wrong?
Can I just skip this and will it affect the rest of the board seeing as I'm not using the subsilver template? |

Since you only want this part of the code to affect your subSilver template and not the other two templates, then you will want the overall_header.tpl section in the MOD file to look something like the following. You will still receive warning errors for both the AussieAviator and subPortal templates, but that is a good thing. Just ignore those warnings...
Note how I don't have to provide a lot of information in the FIND and IN-LINE FIND statements in order for EM to find the correct line. All you need to make sure is that what you are telling EM to find is unique and it can pnpoint the line for the action to take place on. If the code falls on multiple lines, you only need the minimum amount of script for the EM to find the correct reference point in the code:

You can easily modify the portal_body.tpl file to arrange, add, and remove things the way you want. The EZPortal looks very similar to what you already have though. What is the benefit of EZPortal over what you are using now???
