Yes I can go into the "The Bear" folder on my "C" drive and view the pictures the same as I could with the DVD. I have Nero 5.5.10.54 the same as you have. I just went back to the funeral home obituary section and the picture video is no longer available for viewing.

Ok, if a DVD is copy protected, that should mean that it can't be copied. That would mean that it cannot be burned to DVD or CD or Floppy, or Zip drive and that would also mean that it can't be copied to the Desktop either. So if you can view the pictures from "The Bear" that is copied to your Desktop, then it doesn't sound to me as if the DVD is copy protected unless DVD Shrink can bypass that process. At that point, the file that is stored on your PC is no longer Copy Protected and should be writable to any storage medium, including another DVD...

I didn't quite understand the second part of your post though Bobby. What did you mean by this???

The funeral home has a web site (www.rollerfuneralhomes.com) which lists all of the obituaries from all of their funeral homes throughout the state. For several days after Bobby's (My Brother-in-Law) funeral you could go to his obituary and view the pictures on the DVD by clicking a link at the bottom of his obituary. It is not available any more.
